Returns and Refunds Policy
How to Return an Item:
To return an item purchased from Brittoskin.com, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Contact us at support@Brittoskin.com to receive your RA #. Enclose a copy of your invoice in the return package and clearly label the outside of the package with the RA #.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items:
We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange.
Items Purchased from Other Retailers:
We only accept returns for items purchased directly from Brittoskin.com. If you purchased a BrittoSkin product from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return assistance.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment following the inspection of the returned item(s) and confirmation of their condition. Please allow a standard processing time of 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lactic Acid
